There is no minimum project size. Whether you need a single room painted, one closet organized, or an entire home prepped for sale, Complete Home Refresh is happy to help. Smaller projects are handled with the same level of care and attention as full home transformations.
The deferred payment program is straightforward: I perform all agreed-upon pre-listing services — cleaning, painting, staging, curb appeal, and more — before you pay anything. Payment is collected at closing, deducted directly from your sale proceeds. You only pay after your home has sold.
Conditions: A contract must be signed before any work begins. If the home does not sell within 90 days of listing, a payment plan must be started and continued until the home sells. Given the current Florida market, this ensures both parties are protected throughout the process. *Some conditions may apply.
