Who I am

Information you give me
When you fill out the contact form on my website, or call, text or email me, I receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address and a description of the work you need. I use this to reply, give you an estimate and do the work. The website contact form is processed by Formspree (https://formspree.io), which passes your message to me.
Business outreach emails
I email real estate agents and property managers about my services. I use business contact information, such as a name, business email address, company name and city. Every outreach email includes my mailing address and a link to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, reply asking me to stop, or your address bounces, I stop emailing that address and keep it on a do-not-email list so I do not contact it again.
Link click tracking in my emails
The before and after photo links in my outreach emails go through my own link service at crm.completehomerefresh.com before taking you to the page on my website. When you click one of those links, I record which email the click came from and the date and time. I use this to learn which emails are useful and to follow up with people who showed interest. I do not store your device, browser or location. I do not use hidden tracking images, so I do not know whether an email was opened. I also record whether an email bounced and whether you replied.
My website
My website does not use advertising or analytics trackers. My hosting provider, Vercel (https://vercel.com), may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How I use and share information
I use information to respond to you, provide estimates and services, send business emails you can opt out of, keep records, and follow the law. I do not sell your information. I share it only with service providers who help me run my business, such as my email and website providers (Google Workspace, Vercel, Supabase and Formspree), and when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by replying and asking me to stop. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by contacting me using the details above.
Children
My services and emails are for adults and businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page and update the date below.
